Welcome to ChordFlow ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our SaaS platform for requirements management, document management, and AI-powered chat services (the "Service") operated by PersonL LLC d/b/a ChordFlow.

Description of Service

ChordFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:

  • Document upload, organization, and search

  • Team collaboration and workspace management
  • Project and organization management tools
  • API integrations and third-party connections

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
  • You may not create accounts for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • You should only share content that is appropriate for your organization's access levels
  • Organization administrators are responsible for team member conduct

Termination
